Evolver, LLC is seeking an Executive IT Technician: VIP Support Specialist to join our on-site team supporting the USDA in Washington, DC. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in workstation and laptop support with Office 365 and MS Outlook/SharePoint/OneDrive/OneNote.
• Preferred 5+ years in workstation/laptop refreshes, patching, and executive support.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to pass government background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier II IT support to USDA VIP users, meeting SLAs.
• Resolve issues with PCs, printers, mobile devices, and network clients for VIPs.
• Maintain PCs and peripherals, apply patches and security updates.
• Install and maintain software and address security concerns on workstations.
• Log and track incidents using Remedy or similar ticketing system and provide updates.
• Engage with executives and collaborate with engineers to resolve issues and communicate status.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve operational excellence on-site in Washington, DC.
