Job summary

Vantor in Westminster, Colorado, seeks an Executive and Deskside Support Technician to deliver end-to-end desktop, laptop, mobile device, and AV support for executives and admins. The role requires 4 days in office with 1 day remote, plus occasional travel.

You’ll troubleshoot across Windows/macOS/iOS/Android, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and virtual PC environments; manage AD, SCCM deployments, and AV setups for events in the Westminster auditorium.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in computer science or a closely related field; relevant experience may substitute education.
• 2–4 years in a technical support role.
• Experience supporting Windows 11, macOS, iOS, Android, Office 2016 and Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Active Directory, Citrix, and virtual PC environments, or a combination.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Teams, Google Meet and Zoom meetings.
• Strong multitasking, communication skills, and ability to train others.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end desktop, laptop, remote desktop, and mobile device support for executives and executive administrators.
• Troubleshoot Windows 11, macOS, iOS, Android, and related Microsoft/Google apps and environments.
• Administer Active Directory, use remote support tools, and resolve or elevate service desk issues.
• Image systems and deploy software via SCCM; set up and tear down computer hardware.
• Support live meetings/events in Westminster with AV equipment from Logitech/Crestron/Biamp.
• Create support documentation and train executives and administrators.
• Provide rotational on-call support outside business hours, including weekends.
• Occasional travel to other Vantor offices or offsite events.
• Maintain professional written and verbal communication and high customer service standards.
