Job summary

Northwest Center (NWC) is hiring an Executive Development Program Coordinator to orchestrate executive-level training experiences for Amazon leadership. You will manage high-profile events, coordinate with VIP stakeholders, and ensure flawless execution from planning to delivery.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid environment, supporting multiple programs, travel as needed, and driving excellence at scale across our leadership development initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred.
• Experience coordinating executive-level learning programs or high-impact trainings.
• Strong stakeholder management and event coordination capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead program and admin support for executive development events and training sessions.
• Manage registration, logistics, and attendee communications.
• Collaborate with Amazon partners and internal teams; travel domestically as needed.
• Provide accurate data records and metrics for program evaluation.
• Help create standardized processes and best practices across programs.
