Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of people management experience in a corporate setting.
• Demonstrated ability to develop employees through goals and training plans.
• Strong leadership and customer service orientation.
• Ability to manage escalations and partner with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Reception team and guide Leads and Senior Receptionists.
• Develop individualized goals and training plans for staff growth.
• Manage escalations and ensure policy adherence across sites.
• Deliver operational oversight, audits, and process improvements.
• Foster inclusive culture and effective teamwork across buildings.
• Collaborate with Amazon and vendors to ensure continuity of operations.
