Northwest Center is seeking a Training Coordinator to support Amazon employee onboarding and ongoing training sessions on-site at Nashville. You will manage registration, logistics, and attendance while driving data-driven improvements for the training programs.

As a Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for onboarding and assisting with training to optimize customer experience. You will manage registration and logistics for events and meetings, collect and analyze data, and assist with new initiatives and process improvements. This role requires increased autonomy, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as the sole on-site support staff.
An individual who will be successful in this role has the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously, and the ability to operate successfully with generalized direction and guidelines for specific processes. This position is located onsite on Amazon’s campus and will require flexibility in work schedule based on event needs.
Location: Nashville, TN
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Wage: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
