Ciena, a global leader in high‑speed connectivity, seeks an Executive Technology & Service Enablement Associate to strengthen technology experiences for executives and Assistants. You will own the end‑to‑end tech support, drive onboarding readiness, and train broad stakeholder groups on Microsoft 365, Teams, Copilot, and related tools.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high‑touch technology support to executives or senior teams.
• Strong communication and judgment when coordinating with executives and peers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Teams, devices, and common enterprise tools.

Responsibilities

• Own executive and Executive Assistant technology support from engagement through resolution.
• Lead onboarding readiness, setup, and maintenance of onboarding standards.
• Deliver technology training and enablement for global stakeholders.
• Promote adoption of Microsoft 365, Teams, Copilot, and workplace tech.
• Coordinate across IT teams for meetings, events, and high‑visibility engagements.
• Maintain runbooks, guides, and documentation; support continuous improvement.
