This 100% remote role partners with Principal Executive Recruiters to identify, engage, and build pipelines of VP-level and senior technology leaders. The candidate will conduct organizational mapping, market intelligence, and targeted outreach, delivering profiles for calibration and guiding search strategy adjustments.

Formación

• 7-10 years of talent acquisition, executive search, executive sourcing, or executive research experience.
• Experience supporting executive-level and senior technology leadership searches.
• Strong understanding of technology organizations, leadership structures, talent markets, and competitive landscapes.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Principal Executive Recruiters and hiring leaders to understand business objectives, leadership needs, and executive search requirements.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies, including target companies, industries, leadership profiles, and talent markets.
• Conduct executive research, organizational mapping, competitor analysis, and talent market intelligence activities.
• Build and maintain diverse executive talent pipelines for technology leadership positions.
• Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with VP-level and senior technology leaders.
• Present candidate research and profiles for calibration and adjust search strategies based on feedback.
• Conduct personalized outreach to executive candidates, effectively communicating leadership opportunities and business impact.
