Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred in IT, CS, or related field.
7+ years of advanced desktop/executive IT support experience.
Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows, Teams and collaboration tools.
Strong troubleshooting and prioritization in a high-visibility environment.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technology contact for executives and admins, delivering high-touch support with discretion and customer satisfaction.
Provide end-to-end support for executive tech environments, including devices, software, and collaboration systems.
Ensure executive meetings and rooms (Teams Rooms) are fully operational before and during events.
Troubleshoot complex issues and coordinate with IT teams to minimize business disruption.
Build trusted relationships with leadership and staff, acting as liaison to tech teams.
