Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR or related field.
• Minimum of five years in executive search or talent acquisition with focus on senior leadership roles.
• Experience creating recruitment advertisements and partnering with hiring managers.

Responsabilidades

• Support executive and senior faculty searches aligning with institutional priorities.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for executive and high-impact roles.
• Develop search plans with leadership to ensure strategic direction.
