Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication; adept at relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive and senior leadership searches from launch to completion across UVA and affiliated entities.
• Collaborate with university leaders to develop position descriptions and candidate profiles.
• Conduct stakeholder engagement to understand priorities, culture, and needs.
• Identify and recruit nationally, engaging a broad range of candidates.
