Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Houston, Texas, is seeking a Talent Attraction Events and Program Coordinator to support university and early-talent programs in a hybrid role with travel to events throughout the year.

You will manage end-to-end event coordination, including planning, logistics, vendor coordination, onsite execution, and post-event follow-up, while working with internal stakeholders, vendors, and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in program coordination, event management, university/early-career programs, talent acquisition, or related field.
• Experience coordinating multiple programs, events, or initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience working with internal stakeholders, external partners, and/or vendors.
• Ability and willingness to travel as required to support events and programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute university and early-talent programs, events, and engagement initiatives.
• Manage HPE-hosted, university, and third-party events from planning through onsite execution and post-event follow-up.
• Coordinate event logistics, including venues, scheduling, vendors, materials, communications, and attendee needs.
• Provide hands-on onsite event support and troubleshoot logistical issues as needed.
• Travel as required to support events and programs.
