Job summary

Robinhood is seeking an Executive Sourcer to identify, engage, and build relationships with senior-level talent across functions. You’ll collaborate with executive recruiters and leadership to define profiles, conduct market research, and develop targeted sourcing strategies for leadership hiring initiatives.

You will help shape executive pipelines, deliver talent insights, and support succession and organizational planning efforts while advancing sourcing practices and research capabilities

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in executive search and managing the search process.
• Experience identifying and engaging passive candidates from top industry players.
• Ability to partner with recruiters and senior stakeholders to translate business priorities into sourcing strategies.
• Experience using sourcing tools such as Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar platforms and ATS.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple executive searches and maintain accurate pipeline tracking.
• Comfort using AI tools to support sourcing, research, and outreach, with an interest in testing new tools to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain executive-level candidate pipelines through market mapping, research, and targeted outreach across all functions
• Identify and engage passive executive talent using sourcing strategies, competitive intelligence, and relationship-building approaches
• Partner with executive recruiters and hiring leaders to align on leadership profiles, succession priorities, and long-term pipeline planning
• Track candidate activity and maintain organized workflows using tools such as Greenhouse, Gem, and executive research platforms
• Analyze sourcing data, outreach effectiveness, and talent market trends to refine engagement strategies and improve pipeline quality
