• 4+ years of experience in executive search, advising clients on talent and hiring, and managing the search process.
• Experience identifying and engaging passive candidates from top industry players through research, outreach, and sourcing tools
• Ability to partner with recruiters and senior stakeholders to translate business priorities into targeted sourcing and research strategies
• Experience using sourcing tools (such as Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar platforms) and applicant tracking systems
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple executive searches and maintain accurate pipeline tracking
• Comfort using AI tools to support sourcing, research, and outreach, with an interest in testing new tools to improve efficiency

• Build and maintain executive‑level candidate pipelines through market mapping, research, and targeted outreach across all functions
• Identify and engage passive executive talent using sourcing strategies, competitive intelligence, and relationship‑building approaches
