Qualifications

• 7+ years of executive recruiting experience with complex senior searches.
• In-house executive recruiting experience preferred.
• Strong executive presence to influence decisions and navigate stakeholders.
• Experience building executive talent communities or pipelines.
• Strong research and sourcing capabilities including market mapping and pipelining.
• Discretion handling confidential searches and sensitive information.
• Ability to assess leadership talent beyond résumé qualifications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for personalized outreach.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executives and hiring leaders to define leadership profiles and search strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with passive executive talent through research and outreach.
• Use metrics and data to optimize search strategies in real time.
• Create high-touch, personalized candidate journeys reflecting Robinhood’s mission and values.
• Advise hiring leaders on market conditions, candidate quality, pipeline health, and closing strategies.
• Experiment with and integrate AI-powered tools to elevate sourcing efficiency.
