Job summary

Robinhood is seeking an Executive Recruiter to lead high-impact searches across functions, shaping our leadership team. You will partner with senior leaders, build long-term talent pipelines, and implement innovative sourcing practices.

This role requires in-person collaboration across our Chicago, IL; Menlo Park, CA; and New York, NY offices, with at least 3 days on-site per week. You will manage complex executive searches, develop market intelligence, and design tailored candidate journeys

Qualifications

• 7+ years of recruiting experience, with a proven track record of directly managing complex senior-level or executive searches.
• Experience building executive talent communities or pipelines tied to long-term succession planning.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to engage senior leaders and craft tailored outreach.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executives and hiring leaders to define leadership profiles and develop tailored search strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with passive executive talent through research, outreach, and networking.
• Use search metrics and pipeline data to optimize strategies in real time.
• Create a high-touch candidate journey reflecting the company’s mission and values.
• Advise hiring leaders on market conditions, candidate quality, and closing considerations.
• Experiment with AI-powered tools to elevate sourcing efficiency and talent discovery.
