Job summary

Robinhood is seeking an Executive Sourcer to identify and engage top-tier executive talent across functions. You will shape leadership profiles, build pipelines, and contribute to succession planning while partnering closely with recruiters and leadership for high-impact searches.

You will help drive talent insights and evolve sourcing practices using cutting-edge research capabilities across the organization, with an emphasis on strategic leadership hiring.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in executive search, advising clients on talent and hiring, and managing the search process.
• Experience identifying and engaging passive candidates from top industry players through research, outreach, and sourcing tools.
• Ability to partner with recruiters and senior stakeholders to translate business priorities into targeted sourcing and research strategies.
• Experience using sourcing tools (such as Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar platforms) and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple executive searches and maintain accurate pipeline tracking.
• Comfort using AI tools to support sourcing, research, and outreach, with an interest in testing new tools to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain executive-level candidate pipelines through market mapping, research, and targeted outreach across all functions.
• Identify and engage passive executive talent using sourcing strategies, competitive intelligence, and relationship-building approaches.
• Partner with executive recruiters and hiring leaders to align on leadership profiles, succession priorities, and long-term pipeline planning.
• Track candidate activity and maintain organized workflows using tools such as Greenhouse, Gem, and executive research platforms.
• Analyze sourcing data, outreach effectiveness, and talent market trends to refine engagement strategies and improve pipeline quality.
