Robinhood is seeking an Executive Recruiter to shape its leadership team by attracting, engaging, and landing visionary leaders across functions. You will partner with senior leaders to translate priorities into thoughtful talent strategies and build long-term relationships with executive talent.

This role is based in our Chicago, IL, Menlo Park, CA, and New York, NY offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

Qualifications

• 7+ years recruiting experience with senior/executive searches.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and build credibility.
• Experience building executive talent communities and pipelines.
• Strong research, market mapping, and talent pipelining capabilities.
• Discretion handling confidential searches and sensitive data.
• Ability to assess leadership beyond resumes and scope/impact.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, persuasive outreach.
• Manage multiple complex searches with high organization.

Responsibilities

• Define leadership profiles with executives and hiring leaders.
• Develop tailored search and assessment strategies.
• Build relationships with passive executive talent and pipelines.
• Use metrics to optimize search strategies in real time.
• Create a high-touch candidate journey aligned to mission and values.
• Advise hiring leaders on market perspectives and closing options.
• Experiment with AI-powered tools to improve sourcing efficiency.
