Community Health Systems in Franklin, TN is seeking a Key Talent Recruiter to lead recruitment for facility-based executive roles. You will develop sourcing strategies, build pipelines, and partner with leaders to deliver a positive candidate experience.

This hybrid role requires in-office days at leadership discretion. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in recruiting, healthcare or corporate recruitment experience, and strong skills in ATS, LinkedIn, and interview management.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• H.S. Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Healthcare or corporate recruitment experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Exec recruitment strategy development and candidate sourcing.
• Partner with Key Leaders and Hiring Managers to fill executive roles.
• Screen, interview, and coordinate scheduling; negotiate offers.
• Maintain ATS data and candidate pipelines; ensure onboarding readiness.
• Provide a high-quality candidate experience and timely updates.
