Job summary
OneStream Software is seeking a Principal Talent Acquisition Partner, Executive Search to shape leadership hiring across the company. This senior individual-contributor role partners with executive leaders, People Operations, and external search experts to translate business priorities into search strategies and decision frameworks.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required or related field.
- 10+ years recruiting experience with at least 5 years as a corporate recruiter.
- Experience leading full-cycle executive searches and hiring senior leaders.
- Ability to partner with senior leaders and manage confidential searches.
Responsibilities
- Lead executive search strategies and assessments.
- Synthesize evidence and stakeholder feedback into actionable recommendations.
- Facilitate alignment among senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Interact with Board members and private equity partners on leadership requirements.
