Job summary

Amplify seeks an experienced Executive Recruiter to lead critical senior-level hiring across technical and non-technical disciplines. You will own full-lifecycle search strategy for VP, Senior Director, and C-suite roles in Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations, and also manage end-to-end recruiting for Legal and Finance functions.

You will partner with the General Counsel and CFO to build and scale these teams, shaping the future of Amplify in the education technology

Qualifications

7+ years of full-lifecycle recruitment, with at least 3+ years in executive search (VP level and above).
Experience recruiting senior leaders in EdTech or tech-enabled sectors (e.g., Enterprise SaaS, HealthTech).
Proven ability to place executives across technical and non-technical disciplines.

Responsibilities

Design and lead end-to-end executive searches for VP and C-level roles across engineering, product, data, GTM, finance, operations, and strategy.
Advise C-suite and senior leaders with market insights, compensation benchmarking, and talent mapping.
Build diverse executive candidate slates through robust networks and inclusive sourcing channels.
Lead high-touch candidate engagement from outreach through offer, equity, and retention strategies.
Monitor industry trends in EdTech, SaaS, and broader technology sectors to inform searches.
