Holland & Hart LLP in Denver seeks a Chief Talent and Inclusion Officer to lead a unified talent strategy across Recruitment, HR, Professional Development, and DEI. Reporting to the COO, the CTIO will align talent priorities, strengthen governance, and drive organizational change while preserving the firm’s collaborative culture.

The role requires 12+ years of leadership in HR/talent across professional services, with AmLaw experience preferred; strong expertise in employment law, compensation

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, JD or related advanced degree strongly preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive leadership in HR, talent management, or related fields.
• Experience in Am Law firms or similar professional services environments preferred.
• Deep knowledge of law firm compensation models and multi-state employment law.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as strategic advisor on talent strategy, recruitment, development, inclusion, and compensation matters.
• Oversee HR, Recruiting, Professional Development, and DEI functions and governance.
• Develop and execute a multi-year talent strategy aligned with growth and culture.
• Lead inclusive recruiting, development, retention, and succession initiatives.
• Manage budgets and align resources with firm objectives.
