15+ years in professional services, consulting, legal operations, or related field preferred.
Strong strategic planning and operational execution.

Experience driving cross-functional collaboration and change management.

Responsibilities

Lead Legal Talent Strategy, Planning & Operations as part of the Leadership Team.
Develop and implement strategic plans, initiatives and measurements for the Legal Talent function.
Oversee budgets, headcount, and vendor management across departments.
Drive data-informed decision making and reporting for Talent programs.
Coordinate IT, Knowledge & Innovation, Recruiting, and Practice Management in support of Talent goals.
