Job summary

Responsibilities

• Drive implementation of inclusive talent management strategy and own goals.
• Coordinate with ITM, HCM, ERGs and HR to advance recruitment and retention efforts.
• Own ITM program operations: scheduling, communications, events, vendors.
• Develop reports and KPIs on inclusion metrics for leadership.
