Job summary

Fried Frank seeks an Inclusive Talent Management Specialist to advance inclusive recruitment, retention and talent development in the Washington, DC office. You will partner with ITM, HR, and leadership to implement firmwide initiatives, manage programs, and provide guidance on sponsorship, conferences and ERGs.

The role requires 5+ years in HR or organizational development, strong analytical abilities, and the discretion to handle sensitive information.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in HR or organizational development.
• Experience in talent management, recruiting or diversity in a large professional services firm.
• Strong communication, project management and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive implementation of inclusive talent management strategy and departmental goals.
• Partner with ITM and HCM to advance inclusive recruitment, retention and development.
• Own operations of ITM programs including scheduling and vendor coordination.
• Provide responsive support for complex requests and ERG guidance.
• Collaborate with HR, practice group managers and leadership to develop inclusive retention initiatives.
• Support sponsorship, mentorship and leadership development initiatives.
• Represent the firm at internal and external functions.
• Monitor and report on inclusion metrics and KPIs.
