Job summary

EY is seeking an Executive Talent Attraction Recruiter, Assistant Director, to own executive recruiting across US service lines and sectors. You’ll partner with an Executive Recruiter to manage the pipeline, engage with leaders, colleagues and candidates, and drive exceptional candidate experience across EY.

You’ll have the support of a network of knowledgeable colleagues and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the team and EY.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in executive level search and recruitment
• Ability to develop an effective sourcing strategy
• Identify and solve complex recruitment issues
• Develop and foster relationships
• Provide training and performance feedback to team
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 8-10+ years of experienced hire recruitment experience
• Knowledge of creative sourcing techniques
• Understanding of current recruitment laws and practices
• Proficiency with MS Office and applicant tracking software (Avature a plus)

Responsibilities

• Develop recruiting strategies to attract executive hires and serve client groups
• Assess leadership resource needs against the talent market to build a pipeline
• Utilize sourcing strategies including inclusive initiatives
• Integrate EY's brand strategy across recruitment platforms
• Act as change agent for new technology and processes in recruiting
• Stay informed on talent and labor market insights
• Conduct training and performance feedback for teammates
• Leverage AI to improve sourcing and efficiency
