Job summary

Chewy is seeking an experienced and strategic Associate Director, Executive Talent to design and lead programs supporting the full lifecycle of our executive population. This role drives the creation of personalized, high-impact growth experiences for Chewy's leaders.

You will partner with HR and business leaders to strengthen succession pipelines, accelerate readiness, and ensure our executive talent aligns with strategic priorities and long-term growth and innovation.

Qualifications

7+ years in Executive Talent or related HR function with 5+ years leading others.
Experience delivering large-scale transformational programs.
Bachelor's degree in HR, OD, Business, Psychology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Experience designing and delivering executive-level talent programs in fast-paced environments.
Strong consulting, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end executive talent experiences and programs across Chewy.
Partner with Executive Search, Compensation, HRBPs, and leadership to ensure cohesive programs.
Design onboarding, development, and coaching initiatives for executives.
Create standards and playbooks to deliver personalized executive experiences.
Measure impact with defined metrics and business outcomes.
