• Experience with agile development, requirements definition, reviews, and post-launch optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for the Emerging Customer Experiences initiative.
• Design pilots and experiments to validate customer value, feasibility, and business impact.
• Develop and apply a prioritization framework based on impact, value, and complexity.
• Mobilize cross-functional teams to move initiatives from concept through launch.
• Partner with design, engineering, data science, analytics, operations, and more to extend Chewy capabilities.
• Communicate product strategy and decisions clearly to senior leadership.
• Establish success metrics and use results to scale or adjust solutions.
• Drive product delivery excellence with agile practices and rigorous delivery standards.
