Qualifications

• Proven governance, risk management, and capacity planning capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-functional programs to optimize HR service delivery and integrate tech solutions.
• Define objectives, dashboards, and KPIs; manage risk and dependencies across programs.
• Govern portfolios and ensure timely, high-quality delivery across teams.
• Deliver HR technology programs through planning, readiness and launch phases.
• Drive documentation, reporting, and executive communications for program health.
