Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Executive Talent or similar HR function.
• 5+ years leading others.
• Experience leading large-scale transformational projects.
• Experience designing and leading executive-level talent programs within a complex, fast-paced organization.
• Strong consulting, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution and program delivery.

Responsibilities

• Map the executive value stream and lifecycle to identify opportunities for greater consistency and impact.
• Identify pain points, process gaps, and moments that matter using data and feedback.
• Partner with Executive Search, Executive Compensation, HRBPs, and leaders to deliver a cohesive executive experience.
• Establish governance and rhythms to align stakeholders and ensure execution across the talent lifecycle.
• Design and implement bespoke executive programs reflecting Chewy’s leadership expectations.
• Create standards and playbooks for a consistent, personalized executive experience.
