Qualifications

• Strong collaboration with HR, Finance, and Legal to implement programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement compensation strategies for salary, bonus, and equity for executives.
• Prepare compensation recommendations for Chewy’s senior leadership.
• Prepare materials for Executive and Compensation Committee approval.
• Assist in annual proxy preparation.
• Develop compensation education materials on philosophy, strategy, and programs.
• Manage executive salary survey processes and evaluate market data.
• Advise leadership on trends and best practices in executive compensation.
• Lead miscellaneous executive compensation projects.
