Job summary

CHS Career Site seeks a Senior Director, Talent Management to lead enterprise talent strategy, performance, succession, internal mobility, and development initiatives. This role partners with HR leadership and analytics teams to drive data-driven talent practices that align with current and future business needs.

The position coordinates with clinical and corporate functions, shaping leadership pipelines and workforce readiness while guiding talent reviews, development programs, and governance

Qualifications

10+ years of progressively responsible HR experience with talent management
5-7 years of leadership experience managing HR professionals
Healthcare industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

Develops and operationalizes an enterprise talent management strategy across functions.
Leads performance management, succession planning, talent reviews, and internal mobility initiatives.
Maintains enterprise talent metrics and analytics to assess pipeline strength and readiness.
Designs career paths and development planning to support leadership growth.
Partners with HR leadership and analytics teams to align talent practices with business needs.
