Job summary

Crux AI, a U.S.-based integrated AI infrastructure company, seeks an experienced Executive Recruiter to build Crux AI's leadership bench. You will lead end-to-end searches for C-suite and senior leadership, sourcing top talent across engineering, infrastructure, and data center operations.

You will partner with the CEO and board to define requirements, cultivate relationships with top executives, and manage multi-stakeholder interview processes while delivering a compelling candidate experience

Qualifications

• 10+ years of executive search experience in technology sector.
• Proven record of placing C-suite and VP-level executives at high-growth tech companies.
• Experience recruiting data center/AI infrastructure leadership is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end executive search processes for C-suite, VP, and senior director roles across functions.
• Develop and execute search strategies for leadership roles including Engineering, SRE/Infrastructure, Data Center Development & Operations.
• Partner with CEO and board to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Build relationships with top-tier executive talent through events, conferences, and networking.
• Manage complex interview processes with multiple stakeholders and assessments.
• Ensure exceptional candidate experience that reflects Crux AI's values.
