Vantor is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition to lead global recruiting during a period of growth. You will partner with the executive team to shape workforce strategy, attract top talent, and build a data-driven function that drives business performance.

Based in Westminster, CO with hybrid work (3 days onsite), you will personally lead executive searches, own TA operations, and develop a high-performing team while expanding candidate experience and compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition leadership experience.
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing recruiting teams.
• Executive presence and credibility to influence senior leaders.
• Experience hiring technical, engineering, cleared, and niche talent.
• Ability to leverage workforce insights and market data.

Responsibilities

• Lead employer branding and talent marketing strategy across channels.
• Oversee TA operations, tech, workflows, and new-hire processes.
• Ensure compliance with OFCCP, AAP and related laws.
• Personally lead executive searches and manage agency partnerships.
