Job summary

Visa is seeking aVP, Global Head of Executive Recruiting to own executive talent strategy and delivery across five regions. This role partners with senior stakeholders to shape leadership pipelines, governance, and succession planning, while guiding a distributed team of recruiters.

The role blends strategic vision with operational rigor and a deep market understanding of global executive talent. Hybrid in-office requirements apply in the US.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 10+ years with an Advanced degree or 8+ years with a PhD.
• Experience leading VP+, SVP, EVP, and C-suite executive searches in global enterprises.
• Strong ability to partner with C-suite and regional leaders on talent strategies and succession planning.

Responsibilities

• Designs and evolves the Global Executive Search operating model across five regions.
• Advises senior leaders on leadership needs, role definitions, and compensation considerations.
• Leads a distributed team of executive recruiters and assesses talent using AI-enabled tools.
• Ensures governance, quality, and compliance across regions and external partners.
