Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for leadership and technical roles.

• Conduct market mapping, talent research, and competitive intelligence.
• Support executive search projects for senior roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand priorities and planning.
• Provide market insights, compensation intelligence, and recommendations.
• Manage full lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding.
• Build relationships with candidates, industry professionals, and institutions.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience with confidentiality and responsiveness.
• Maintain candidate records, pipelines, and market intelligence databases.
• Develop talent communities and succession pipelines for future needs.
• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout recruitment.
