Bloomingdale's is seeking a Senior Director, Human Resources Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders across the enterprise. You will translate business priorities into workforce strategies and lead talent reviews, succession planning, and organizational design to drive growth and high performance.
You will coach executives, influence leaders, and partner with Talent Acquisition to attract top talent while fostering a culture of learning and accountability.
Competenze
- Bachelor's degree required; progressive HR experience with senior leaders.
- Experience partnering with executive leadership to drive workforce strategy.
- Success leading talent management, succession, organizational design, and change.
