You will lead talent reviews, succession planning, and organizational assessments, coach executives, shape leadership development, and partner with Talent Acquisition to attract top talent while fostering a high‑performance culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience supporting senior leaders.
• Proven experience partnering with executive leaders to develop and implement workforce and talent strategies.
• Demonstrated success leading talent management, succession planning, organizational design, and change management initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on talent, organization, leadership, culture, and change management.
• Translate business priorities into workforce strategies that support growth and operational excellence.
• Partner with leaders to anticipate future workforce needs and ensure the right talent and capabilities are in place.
• Coach and influence senior leaders on talent decisions, performance management, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
