Bamboo Sushi - Bishop Ranch is seeking a motivated BoH manager to oversee all kitchen and sushi operations in a high-volume, full-service setting. You will drive food quality, service standards, and guest experience while leading a responsible team.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, operational excellence, and people development with a commitment to quality and guest satisfaction. Experienced candidates with sushi background are preferred and a Food Handler’s card is required.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of management experience in BoH operations.
• Minimum of 5 years related culinary experience and/or training.
• Sushi experience preferred.
• Valid Food Handler’s card required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all kitchen and sushi operations to positively impact P&L.
• Drive operational excellence in food quality, service, and guest experience.
• Hire, train and develop kitchen staff; ensure consistent performance.
