Job summary

Bamboo Sushi is a restaurant of purpose, offering an experience that inspires through our food, service and spirit. We provide a competitive salary around $85,000–$90,000, quarterly bonus potential, great benefits including health insurance and generous vacation time.

Two or more years managing BoH in a high-volume kitchen are required, with minimum 5 years culinary experience; sushi experience preferred and a valid Food Handlers card.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years related culinary experience and/or training.
• Two or more years of management experience in BoH operations.
• Sushi experience preferred.
• Valid Food Handlers card required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all kitchen and sushi operations to positively impact P&L.
• Hire, train, and develop restaurant staff.
• Maintain quality control across all menu items, portions, and plating.
• Drive operational excellence in food quality, service, and guest experience.
