Qualifikationen

• Minimum of five years of related culinary experience in sushi and Japanese cuisine.
• At least two years of BOH management experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Hands-on proficiency in fish fabrication, nigiri, sashimi, and sushi production.
• Experience leading kitchen teams and managing food and labor costs.
• Willingness to participate in a culinary skills interview and tasting.
