Bamboo Sushi - Kirkland, WA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations and guest experience in our upscale restaurant. You will drive service excellence, manage staff, and collaborate with leadership to uphold brand standards.

The role requires 2+ years in food & beverage and 6 months in a supervisory role, plus a valid Food Handlers Card and MAst/Beverage Permit. Competitive salary with bonus potential and generous benefits available.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in food and beverage
• Six months of supervisor / management level experience
• Upscale concept experience preferred
• Passion for guest service
• Knowledge of quality control points for menu items and timely food delivery
• Valid Food Handlers Card and Beverage Permit (MAST Certification) required
