ENA is seeking a Manager, Executive Support in Schaumburg, IL. This role provides high‑level administrative and strategic support to the ENA President and CEO, leading a team and coordinating cross‑functional initiatives.

The position drives governance, contract management, and liaison processes with a focus on efficiency, alignment, and timely execution. Hybrid schedule offers two days in the office and three days remote.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of experience in executive administration or related field.
• Experience supporting senior executives preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-level executive support to the ENA President and CEO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel logistics, and special projects.
• Lead the Executive Support team and coordinate cross-divisional administrative support with Directors.
• Coordinate agendas and schedules for CEO meetings and leadership team events; track action items and ensure execution.
• Partner with Governance and Contracts teams to support governance initiatives and contract processes.
• Oversee budgets and expense reports within Concur and maintain administrative systems and processes.
