Bertelsmann-Jobs in the United States is seeking an Executive Business Manager to partner with the President of Global TECH. This role drives strategic initiatives, ensures follow-through, and elevates leadership effectiveness through concise executive communications.

It is not administrative but a high-impact leadership position shaping strategy and execution. The incumbent will translate complex topics into compelling narratives, prepare board materials, and coordinate the leadership agenda

Qualifications

• Min 5 years in consulting, strategy, business management, project management, account management, or executive support roles.
• Experience working directly with senior executives.
• Proven ability to operate in complex international organizations.

Responsabilités

• Partner with the President to drive priorities and strategic initiatives.
• Translate complex topics into executive narratives, presentations, and leadership communications.
• Prepare materials for Board meetings, Executive discussions, customer reviews, and strategy sessions.
• Anticipate business needs and identify opportunities and challenges.
• Coordinate and support the Senior Leadership Team and Leadership Team.
• Ensure leadership meetings are effective, focused, and action-oriented.
• Track commitments, decisions, and follow-up actions across the organization.
• Create high-impact presentations and executive-level communications.
• Monitor progress and elevate risks to ensure execution against commitments.
• Provide regular insights on key business developments and customer priorities.
