The VPHR oversees benefits, compensation, talent management, and HR operations across U.S. operating companies, guiding culture, DEI, and organizational design while driving priority initiatives and M&A

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• 8+ years in senior executive HR leadership roles.
• Experience leading HR strategy in decentralized, multi-entity organizations including M&A integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute benefits and people strategy across multiple operating units.
• Lead HR leadership and partner with executive leadership to drive workforce planning and organizational design.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, compliance, and HR operations.
• Drive DEI and employee engagement initiatives and culture.
• Manage HR risks, investigations, and legal compliance in partnership with legal.
