Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Master's degree (MBA, MHRM, or related discipline) preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive human resources leadership experience.
• 8+ years in senior executive HR leadership roles.
• Experience leading HR strategy in decentralized, fast-growing organizations, including M&A integration.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership and multiple operating units.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership of HR across a decentralized, multi-entity environment.
• Lead talent management, succession planning, and learning programs.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and workforce planning for US entities.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and risk management practices.
