Job summary

LaunchDarkly is seeking a strategic leader to partner with the CEO and ELT to drive company-wide initiatives and align leadership around priorities, tradeoffs, and outcomes. You will shape operating rhythm with OKRs and planning cycles and prepare executive materials for Board meetings and ELT presentations.

You will own data and insights, driving executive dashboards and reporting to ensure actionable metrics and informing strategic recommendations based on SaaS analytics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO and ELT to drive company-wide strategic initiatives.

• Shape LaunchDarkly's operating rhythm, including OKRs and planning cycles.
• Prepare executive materials for Board meetings and ELT presentations.
