Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically requires a minimum of 15 years of related experience in senior strategy/operations roles.
• Experience partnering closely with executive leaders and influencing at the highest levels.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, distilling complexity into clear narratives.
• Strong analytical capabilities and comfort working with SaaS metrics and executive data.
• Ability to manage multiple, high-impact workstreams with sound judgment and prioritization.
• High degree of discretion, integrity, and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO to drive company-wide strategic initiatives from conception through execution.
• Own operating cadence, including OKRs and leadership planning processes.
• Design planning frameworks that enable effective executive decision-making.
• Support annual and long-range planning cycles, synthesizing inputs and highlighting implications.
• Lead the preparation and refinement of executive materials, including Board and ELT presentations.
• Develop executive dashboards and reporting, ensuring metrics are accurate, consistent, and actionable.
• Plan executive meetings and off-sites, capturing decisions and ensuring follow-through.
