Help align the Executive Leadership Team and broader organization around priorities, tradeoffs, and outcomes. Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and gaps across critical initiatives and surface insights to leadership. Act as connective tissue across executives and teams to ensure strategy translates into coordinated action.
Operating Cadence & Company Planning

  • Design and evolve planning frameworks that enable effective executive decision-making.
  • Support annual and long-range planning cycles, synthesizing inputs and highlighting strategic implications.
Executive & Company Communications
  • Lead the preparation and refinement of executive-level materials, including Board meeting materials and ELT presentations. Ensure executive content is clear, concise, decision-oriented, and aligned with company strategy.
Data, Insights & Analysis
  • Partner on executive dashboards and reporting, ensuring metrics are accurate, consistent, and actionable.
  • Analyze and understand data to inform strategic decisions and evaluate proposed initiatives.
  • Translate analysis into clear recommendations for senior leadership audiences.
Executive Meetings & Offsites
  • Design agendas and content for executive meetings and off-sites with a focus on alignment and outcomes.
  • Capture key decisions, clarify next steps, and support follow-through across the organization.
Qualifications:
  • Typically requires a minimum of 15 years of related experience, preferably in senior-level roles involving strategy, operations, consulting, finance, product operations, or executive advisory work.
  • Demonstrated success partnering closely with executive leaders and influencing at the highest levels of an organization.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complexity into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and comfort working with SaaS metrics and executive-level data.
