Job summary

Panorama Education is seeking a Chief of Staff in the United States to partner with the CEO and executive team, translating ambitious goals into clear strategy, strong execution, and rigorous operations across the business. You will run the operating system, staff the CEO, and lead strategic initiatives that shape Panorama's trajectory.

You will write materials in the CEO's voice for internal and external communications, and collaborate across functions to surface insights and drive decisive

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in chief of staff, strategy, operations, management consulting, or banking roles, or a directly comparable role supporting senior executive leadership.
• Exceptional written and oral/presentation skills at the executive level; ability to write in someone else's voice for a range of audiences.
• Experience designing and running operating cadences including leadership syncs, goal/OKR processes, and strategic planning cycles.

Responsibilities

• Run the Operating System to align the Executive Team with weekly staff meetings, quarterly planning, and annual strategy and goal-setting.
• Staff the CEO by organizing and protecting time, coordinating cross-functional needs, and preparing materials for external meetings.
