Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategic execution or related enterprise roles.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives through influence in matrixed organizations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-priority strategic projects and urgent escalations from planning through closeout.
• Build structured project plans with milestones, owners, dependencies, risks and decisions.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across partner, field, finance, legal, HR, communications and operations.
• Create executive-ready briefs, decision memos, issue narratives and status updates.
• Manage dependency maps, issue logs and follow-up trackers to keep work on schedule.
• Support escalation rooms with daily action plans, severity assessments and closure criteria.
• Protect confidentiality and apply strong judgement on executive-sensitive workstreams.
• Capture lessons learned and convert insights into reusable execution practices.
